MOREOFTAX · CPA & EAEvery return prepared and signed by a licensed professional
A CPA or Enrolled Agent prepares your return, then a second licensed professional reviews every line before it is filed.
Because we are licensed, we can stand in front of the IRS for you if a notice or audit ever arrives, something a PTIN-only preparer cannot do.
US tax filing questions
Who actually signs and files my return?
A licensed CPA or Enrolled Agent prepares, reviews and signs your return. That matters: only CPAs, EAs and attorneys can represent you before the IRS if a question or audit ever comes up. PTIN-only preparers cannot.
Do you file both federal and state returns?
Yes. We file your federal return and every state return you need, resident, non-resident or part-year, together, after a nexus review so you don't over- or under-file.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is flat and quoted upfront after a free consultation. Individual returns start around $199, business returns around $499, and foreign-owned LLC (5472) filings around $497. No hourly meter, no surprise per-form fees.
Can you help if I'm already late or have IRS notices?
Yes. We prepare back-year returns, respond to notices, and request penalty abatement. First-time, clean-history filers often qualify for full first-time abatement.
I run an S-Corp / LLC / partnership, which form do I need?
S-Corps file 1120-S, C-Corps file 1120, partnerships file 1065, and single-member LLCs usually report on Schedule C (or file 5472 + pro-forma 1120 if foreign-owned). We confirm the right forms before you pay anything.
I'm a US citizen living abroad, can you handle expat taxes?
Yes. We handle Form 1040 with the foreign earned income exclusion and foreign tax credit, plus FBAR (FinCEN 114) and FATCA (Form 8938) reporting where required.
Do you offer year-round support or just at tax time?
Year-round. Tax compliance in 2026 is continuous, quarterly estimates, payroll deadlines and multi-state filings, so we support you all year, not only in April.
How much does US tax filing cost?
Pricing is flat and quoted upfront after a free consultation, individual returns start around $199 and business returns around $499, depending on complexity. You get one all-in number before any work begins, with no hourly billing.
Can you file taxes for a non-resident with a US LLC?
Yes. We routinely prepare pro-forma 1120 plus Form 5472 for foreign-owned single-member LLCs, as well as full returns for non-residents with US-source income, FBAR and FATCA reporting where required.
Do you handle prior-year and amended returns?
Yes. We file back-year returns and 1040-X / 1120-X amendments to correct prior mistakes, and where eligible we pursue penalty abatement on your behalf.
